Coming out on September 06, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 61-64/2021, introduce nine legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 13/2021/TT-BGDDT of April 15, 2021, prescribing the conditions, order, procedures and competence for recognition of diplomas granted by foreign education institutions for use in Vietnam;
- Circular No. 27/2021/TT-BTC of April 19, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 19/2014/TT-BTC of February 11, 2014, providing procedures for temporary import, re-export, destruction and transfer of automobiles and motorcycles of subjects entitled to privileges and immunities in Vietnam;
- Circular No. 31/2021/TT-BTC of May 17, 2021, providing the application of risk management in tax administration;
- Decree No. 53/2021/ND-CP of May 21, 2021, on Vietnam’s Preferential Export Tariff and Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the 2021-2022 period;
- Decree No. 54/2021/ND-CP of May 21, 2021, on preliminary environmental impact assessment;
- Directive No. 13/CT-TTg of May 21, 2021, on accelerating the formulation and raising the quality of the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period;
- Decree No. 56/2021/ND-CP of May 31, 2021, detailing the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 1024/2020/UBTVQH14 of October 9, 2020, on addition of the group of medical supplies and equipment to the list of commodities for national reserve;
- Decision No. 771/QD-TTg of May 25, 2021, promulgating the Regulation on integration of population factors into national, regional, sectoral and local socio-economic development strategies, plans, programs and projects; and,
- Decision No. 779/QD-TTg of May 26, 2021, on the establishment of the Vietnam Fund for Vaccination Prevention of Coronavirus Disease 2019.- (VLLF)
