Available on September 07, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 63-65/2018 introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 83/2018/ND-CP of May 24, 2018, on agricultural extension;
- Circular No. 28/2018/TT-BTC of March 28, 2018, guiding the estimation, management and use of industrial extension funds;
- Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BNNPTNT of May 15, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Hydraulic Work;
- Circular No. 10/2018/TT-BCT of May 24, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 40/2018/ND-CP of March 12, 2018, on management of multi-level marketing activities;
- Circular No. 14/2018/TT-NHNN of May 29, 2018, guiding the implementation of measures for administering monetary policy to support credit institutions extending loans for agriculture and rural development;
- Resolution No. 02/2018/NQ-HDTP of May 15, 2018, guiding the application of Articles 65 of the Penal Code regarding suspended sentence; and,
- Resolution No. 03/2018/NQ-HDTP of May 15, 2018, guiding the application of a number of regulations on the settlement of disputes over the resolution of non-performing loans and their security assets at people’s courts.- (VLLF)
