Available on September 12, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 69-72/2018 introduce nine legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 40/2018/TT-BTC of May 4, 2018, guiding the initial offering of shares and management and use of the proceeds from the transformation of state enterprises and single-member limited liability companies with 100% state enterprise-invested charter capital into joint-stock companies;
- Circular No. 46/2018/TT-BTC of May 14, 2018, prescribing in detail actual expenses for printing, copying, photocopying and sending information under Clause 2, Article 12 of the Law on Access to Information;
- Circular No. 11/2018/TT-BCT of May 29, 2018, amending and supplementing the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 21/2016/TT-BCT of September 20, 2016, on the implementation of the rules of origin of goods provided in the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the Eurasian Economic Union;
- Circular No. 14/2017/TT-BKHCN of December 1, 2017, prescribing criteria for identifying vehicles; special-use machinery, equipment, components and supplies and the list of science documents, books, newspapers and magazines specified in Clause 2, Article 40 of the Government’s Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP of September 1, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Import Duty and Export Duty;
- Decision No. 1201/QD-BGTVT of June 11, 2018, approving the detailed master plan on development of Vietnam’s inland container depot system through 2020, with orientations toward 2030;
- Circular No. 15/2018/TT-NHNN of June 18, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the State Bank Governor’s Circular No. 22/2016/TT-NHNN of June 30, 2016, prescribing the purchase of corporate bonds by credit institutions and foreign bank branches;
- Decree No. 89/2018/ND-CP of June 25, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases regarding border health quarantine;
- Resolution No. 57/2018/QH14 of June 8, 2018, approving the 2019 law- and ordinance-making program and adjusting the 2018 law- and ordinance-making program; and,
- Circular No. 12/2018/TT-BCT of June 15, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and the Government’s Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP of May 15, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management.- (VLLF)
