- Circular No. 25/2019/TT-BGTVT of July 5, 2019, prescribing the technical safety and environmental protection quality inspection in automobile manufacture and assembly;
- Decree No. 62/2019/ND-CP of July 11, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 35/2015/ND-CP of April 13, 2015, on the management and use of land for rice cultivation;
- Circular No. 43/2019/TT-BTC of July 5, 2019, guiding Clause 4, Article 24 of the Government’s Decree No. 82/2018/ND-CP of May 22, 2018, prescribing the management of industrial parks and economic zones;
- Resolution No. 82/2019/QH14 of June 14, 2019, on further improving, and raising the effect and effectiveness of the implementation of, policies and laws on urban land planning, management and use;
- Circular No. 02/2019/TT-BKHCN of June 3, 2019, promulgating the list of technologies in support of enterprises researching, transferring and applying hi-tech agriculture;
- Circular No. 45/2019/TT-BCT of June 19, 2019, prescribing the financial management of the implementation of the Scheme on provision of support for the national innovative startup ecosystem through 2025;
