Released on November 13, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 76-78/2019, introduce eight legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Decree No. 66/2019/ND-CP of July 29, 2019, on conservation and sustainable use of wetlands;
- Circular No. 06/2019/TT-BTTTT of July 19, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Information and Communications’ Circular No. 24/2015/TT-BTTTT of August 18, 2015, on management and use of Internet resources;
- Decree No. 67/2019/ND-CP of July 31, 2019, prescribing the method of calculation and rates of the fee for grant of the mining right;
- Circular No. 28/2019/TT-BGTVT of August 12, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Transport’s Circular No. 46/2011/TT-BGTVT of June 30, 2011, on grant and revocation of certificates of insurance or financial security under the 2001 International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage;
- Circular No. 29/2019/TT-BGTVT of August 12, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Transport’s Circular No. 12/2011/TT-BGTVT of March 30, 2011, on grant and revocation of certificates of insurance or financial security under the 1992 International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage;
- Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BTC of June 25, 2019, guiding the financial regime applicable to microfinance programs and projects of political organizations, socio-political organizations and non-governmental organizations;
- Circular No. 04/2019/TT-BVHTTDL of July 17, 2019, promulgating the list of sports activities for which coaching is mandatory and list of extreme sports activities; and,
