Issued on October 20, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 77-79/2021, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. That are:
- Decree No. 63/2021/ND-CP of June 30, 2021, detailing the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Prevention and Control of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS);
- Decree No. 64/2021/ND-CP of June 30, 2021, on the conclusion and implementation of international agreements in the name of general departments or departments of ministries or ministerial-level agencies; specialized agencies of provincial-level People’s Committees; district-level People’s Committees; commune-level People’s Committees in border areas; or provincial-level agencies of organizations;
- Decision No. 22/2021/QD-TTg of June 2, 2021, on criteria for classification of wholly state-owned enterprises and partially state-owned enterprises subject to ownership transformation, reorganization or state capital withdrawal in the 2021-2025 period;
- Circular No. 47/2021/TT-BTC of June 24, 2021, prescribing the rates of a number of charges and fees aiming to support and remove difficulties for subjects affected by the Covid-19 pandemic;
- Circular No. 04/2021/TT-BXD of June 30, 2021, guiding the export of minerals for use as building materials;
- Circular No. 06/2021/TT-BXD of June 30, 2021, providing the grading of construction works and guiding the application of construction work grades in management of construction investment activities; and,
