Available on November 20, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 79-81/2019, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Decree No. 68/2019/ND-CP of August 14, 2019, on the management of construction investment costs;
- Decree No. 69/2019/ND-CP of August 15, 2019, prescribing the use of public assets as payments to investors implementing work construction investment projects in the form of build-transfer contracts;
- Circular No. 10/2019/TT-BKHDT of July 30, 2019, prescribing the Set of National Gender Development Statistical Indicators;
- Circular No. 03/2019/TT-BXD of July 30, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Construction’s Circular No. 04/2017/TT-BXD of March 30, 2017, providing the management of occupational safety in work construction;
- Decision No. 1037/QD-TTg of August 16, 2019, promulgating the Plan on implementation of the Law on Architecture;
- Circular No. 11/2009/TT-NHNN of August 2, 2019, providing the special control of credit institutions; and,
- Decision No. 1041/QD-TTg of August 19, 2019, promulgating the Plan on implementation of the 2019 Law on Execution of Criminal Judgments.- (VLLF)
