Official Gazette issues Nos. 8-10 of July 2016, published on October 10, 2016, contain seven ministries’ circulars and two government decrees translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 99/2016/TT-BTC of June 29, 2016, guiding the management of value-added tax refund;
- Circular No. 12/2016/TT-BCT of July 5, 2016, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 41/2012/TT-BCT of December 21, 2012, providing the export of minerals;
- Circular No. 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH of May 15, 2016, prescribing a number of contents on organization of occupational safety and health activities in production and trading establishments;
- Circular No. 08/2016/TT-BLDTBXH of May 15, 2016, guiding the collection, storage, synthesis, provision, disclosure and evaluation of information on occupational accidents and technical incidents seriously endangering occupational safety and health;
- Circular No. 04/2016/TT-BNG of June 30, 2016, guiding procedures for visa grant, extension of temporary residence and grant of temporary residence cards for foreigners in Vietnam within the authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- Circular No. 17/2016/TT-NHNN of June 30, 2016, prescribing monetary brokerage operations of commercial banks and foreign bank branches;
- Circular No. 22/2016/TT-NHNN of June 30, 2016, prescribing the purchase of corporate bonds by credit institutions and foreign bank branches;
- Decree No. 93/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016, prescribing conditions for cosmetic production; and,
- Decree No. 99/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016, on management and use of seals.-
