Available on June 12, 2017, Official Gazette issues Nos. 8-10 of March 2017 introduce four government decrees and two prime minister decisions translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 39/2017/ND-CP of April 4, 2017, on management of animal and aquatic feeds;
- Decree No. 40/2017/ND-CP of April 5, 2017, on management of salt production and trading;
- Decree No. 42/2017/ND-CP of April 5, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 59/2015/ND-CP of June 18, 2015, on management of construction investment projects;
- Decision No. 419/QD-TTg of April 5, 2017, approving the national program on reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through the mitigation of deforestation and forest degradation; conservation and enhancement of forest carbon stocks and sustainable management of forest resources through 2030;
- Decision No. 11/2017/QD-TTg of April 11, 2017, on incentives for development of solar power projects in Vietnam; and,
- Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP of April 14, 2017, on goods labeling.-
