Issued on November 29, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 82-84/2019, introduce four legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Circular No. 04/2019/TT-BXD of August 16, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of provisions of the Minister of Construction’s Circular No. 26/2016/TT-BXD of October 26, 2016, detailing a number of regulations on quality management and maintenance of construction works;
- Resolution No. 05/2019/NQ-HDTP of August 15, 2019, guiding the application of the Penal Code’s Article 214 on the offense of committing frauds on social insurance and unemployment insurance, Article 215 on the offense of committing frauds on health insurance, and Article 216 on the offense of evading payment of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance premiums for employees;
- Consolidated Text No. 06/VBHN-VPQH of June 25, 2019, on the Law on Insurance Business; and,
- Circular No. 13/2019/TT-NHNN of August 21, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circulars regarding the licensing, organization and operation of credit institutions and foreign bank branches.- (VLLF)
