Coming out on November 08, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 85-88/2021, introduce ten legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decision No. 1331/QD-TTg of July 24, 2021, promulgating the Vietnamese Youth Development Strategy for the 2021-2030 period;
- Decree No. 76/2021/ND-CP of July 28, 2021, on criteria for classification of seaports;
- Circular No. 12/2021/TT-NHNN of July 30, 2021, prescribing purchase and sale by credit institutions or foreign bank branches of promissory notes, treasury bills, deposit certificates and bonds issued domestically by other credit institutions or foreign bank branches;
- Decree No. 78/2021/ND-CP of August 1, 2021, on establishment and management of disaster management funds;
- Resolution No. 84/NQ-CP of August 5, 2021, approving the investment policy for the Program on sustainable forestry development for the 2021-2025 period;
- Resolution No. 24/2021/QH15 of July 28, 2021, approving the investment policy for the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction for the 2021-2025 period;
- Resolution No. 25/2021/QH15 of July 28, 2021, approving the investment policy for the national target program on new-countryside building for the 2021-2025 period;
- Decree No. 79/2021/ND-CP of August 16, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 97/2018/ND-CP of June 30, 2018, on the on-lending of official development assistance loans and foreign concessional loans of the Government;
- Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BKHDT of August 17, 2021, promulgating the Lists of domestically available machinery, equipment, spare parts, special-use vehicles, raw materials, supplies and semi-finished products; and,
