Released on November 16, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 89-92/2021, introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 71/2021/TT-BTC of August 17, 2021, providing guidance on enterprise income tax for establishments performing socialization policy not yet retrospectively collected under the Government’s Resolution No. 63/NQ-CP of August 25, 2014;
- Circular No. 10/2021/TT-BXD of August 25, 2021, guiding a number of articles of, and providing measures to implement, the Government’s Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP of January 26, 2021, and Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP of May 15, 2016;
- Decree No. 80/2021/ND-CP of August 26, 2021, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Support for Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises;
- Decision No. 1446/QD-TTg of August 30, 2021, approving the Program on training and retraining to improve skills for human resources to meet requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution; and,
- Decision No. 1454/QD-TTg of September 1, 2021, approving the Master Plan on the road network for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050.- (VLLF)
