Published on November 24, 2022, Official Gazette issues Nos. 89-92/2022, introduce ten legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 39/2022/TT-BTC of June 24, 2022, guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 121/2021/ND-CP of December 27, 2021, providing the business of prize-winning video games for foreigners;
- Circular No. 10/2022/TT-BTTTT of July 20, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Information and Communications’ Circular No. 13/2018/TT-BTTTT of October 15, 2018, providing the list of cyberinformation security products imported under permits and the order, procedures and dossiers for grant of permits for import of cyberinformation security products;
- Resolution No. 88/NQ-CP of July 22, 2022, promulgating the Government’s Action Program for implementation of the Party Central Committee’s Political Bureau’s Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW of February 10, 2022, on strategic orientations on geology, minerals and the mining industry up to 2030, with a vision toward 2045;
- Decision No. 882/QD-TTg of July 22, 2022, approving the National Action Plan on Green Growth for the 2021-2030 period;
- Circular No. 11/2022/TT-BGDDT of July 26, 2022, providing joint organization of exams for issuance of foreign language proficiency certificates;
- Decision No. 888/QD-TTg of July 25, 2022, approving the Scheme on tasks and solutions to implement the outcomes of the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26);
- Decree No. 49/2022/ND-CP of July 29, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 209/2013/ND-CP of December 18, 2013, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Value-Added Tax, which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Decree No. 12/2015/ND-CP, Decree No. 100/2016/ND-CP and Decree No. 146/2017/ND-CP;
- Decree No. 48/2022/ND-CP of July 26, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
- Decision No. 17/2022/QD-TTg of July 28, 2022, on delegation of powers for implementation of public investment projects and component projects on construction of expressways under the Program on socio-economic recovery and development; and,
- Decision No. 896/QD-TTg of July 26, 2022, approving the National Climate Change Strategy through 2050.- (VLLF)
