Available on December 20, 2017, Official Gazette issues Nos. 9-12 of September 2017 introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 115/2017/ND-CP of October 16, 2017, detailing the order and procedures for payment and specific amount of monetary security to be paid by commercial legal persons for their judgment execution; the custody, refund and remittance into the state budget of paid security amounts;
- Decree No. 116/2017/ND-CP of October 17, 2017, prescribing the conditions for manufacture, assembly and import of automobiles and provision of automobile warranty and maintenance services;
- Directive No. 38/CT-TTg of October 19, 2017, on intensified implementation and effective utilization of free trade agreements in force;
- Decree No. 118/2017/ND-CP of October 26, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Vietnam News Agency;
- Circular No. 42/2017/TT-BCA of October 20, 2017, detailing a number of articles of Decree No. 96/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016, on security and order conditions for a number of conditional business lines;
- Circular No. 101/2017/TT-BTC of October 4, 2017, guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 06/2017/ND-CP of January 24, 2017, on horse racing, greyhound racing and international soccer betting business; and,
- Circular No. 102/2017/TT-BTC of October 5, 2017, guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 03/2017/ND-CP of January 16, 2017, on casino business.-
