Released on December 30, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 94-96/2019, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Directive No. 21/CT-TTg of August 30, 2019, on intensifying the implementation of solutions to support and promote the role of the Vietnam Lawyers Association in the new period;
- Decree No. 72/2019/ND-CP of August 30, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 37/2010/ND-CP of April 7, 2010, on the formulation, appraisal, approval and management of master plans on urban centers, and Decree No. 44/2015/ND-CP of May 6, 2015, detailing a number of provisions on construction master plans;
- Circular No. 10/2019/TT-BCT of July 22, 2019, amending and supplementing the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BCT of October 3, 2016, on the implementation of the Rules of Origin provided in the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement;
- Circular No. 31/2019/TT-BGTVT of August 29, 2019, providing the speed and safety distance of motor vehicles and special-use vehicles when joining road traffic;
- Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BVHTTDL of September 3, 2019, prescribing the process of judicial expertise applicable to cultural products;
- Circular No. 60/2019/TT-BTC of August 30, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BTC of March 25, 2015, prescribing customs value of imported and exported goods; and,
- Circular No. 56/2019/TT-BTC of August 23, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 49/2015/TT-BTC of April 14, 2015, prescribing customs procedures for mails and parcels and bales of imports and exports sent via postal services provided by designated enterprises, and Circular No. 191/2015/TT-BTC of November 24, 2015, prescribing customs procedures for imported, exported and in-transit goods sent via international express mail services.-(VLLF)
