Released on December 14, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 97-100/2020, introduce six legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Resolution No. 115/NQ-CP of August 6, 2020, on solutions to promote the development of supporting industries;
- Decision No. 1201/QD-TTg of August 6, 2020, approving the Plan on implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the European Union;
- Decision No. 1246/QD-TTg of August 14, 2020, approving the National Strategy to End the AIDS Epidemic by 2030;
- Decree No. 91/2020/ND-CP of August 14, 2020, on fighting spam messages, spam emails and spam calls;
- Decree No. 93/2020/ND-CP of August 18, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Libraries; and,
- Decision No. 1266/QD-TTg of August 18, 2020, approving the Strategy for development of Vietnam’s building materials for the 2021-2030 period, with orientations toward 2050.- (VLLF)
