- Circular No. 23/2021/TT-BGDDT of August 30, 2021, promulgating the Regulation on enrollment and training at the master’s level;
- Circular No. 13/2021/TT-BXD of August 31, 2021, guiding methods of determination of techno-economic norms and takeoff of quantities of works;
- Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP of September 9, 2021, on support for enterprises, cooperatives and business households affected by the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Decree No. 83/2021/ND-CP of September 13, 2021, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Arrangement on Bilateral Trade Enhancement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia in the 2021-2022 period;
- Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BXD of August 31, 2021, guiding a number of provisions on determination and management of construction investment costs;
- Circular No. 14/2021/TT-BXD of September 8, 2021, guiding the determination of construction work maintenance costs;
- Decree No. 84/2021/ND-CP of September 22, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 06/2019/ND-CP of January 22, 2019, on the management of endangered, precious and rare forest plants and animals and implementation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora;
- Decision No. 1554/QD-TTg of September 21, 2021, approving the adjustments to the Scheme on residential stabilization and socio-economic development in the resettlement areas along the Da River in Hoa Binh province during 2009-2020; and,
