Ordinance on weapons and explosive control announced
The Presidential Office on July 20 announced the President’s order to promulgate Ordinance No. 16/2011/UBTVQH12 on the management and use of weapons, explosive materials and supporting tools, which was passed by the XIIth National Assembly’s Standing Committee on June 30.
