Party plenum ends preparations for National Congress
The 14th plenum of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s Central Committee (CPVCC) had thoroughly prepared for next month’s National Congress in the spirit of solidarity, a high sense of responsibility and the principles of democracy, said General Secretary Nong Duc Manh on March 24 at the closing session of the five-day meeting.
