At a seminar recently held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) to hear opinions of legal experts on draft amendments to the 1993 Petroleum Law, MIT officials said that the revised draft law would offer new opportunities for domestic and foreign investors to exploit the country’s petroleum potential.
