By August 25, 450 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects capitalized at nearly USD 1,246 million have been licensed, according to the General Statistics Office.
Compared with the 2003 figure, the number of projects increased by 8.1 percent and the registered capital amount, by 21.2 percent.
