Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services 2023: Quang Ninh ranks first
The average Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) for Vietnam as a whole in 2023 was 82.66 percent, an increase of 2.58 percentage points compared to 2022 (80.08 percent). The province with the highest satisfaction rate was Quang Ninh, with 90.61 percent.
