Some opinions on strike and settlement of strikes in Vietnam
Strike constitutes a right that supports the right to freedom and equality of reaching agreement between laborers and labor users in the market economy. The current Labor Code and the 1996 Ordinance on the Procedures for Settlement of Labor Disputes have revealed some loopholes that require the promulgation of a new law or an ordinance on strikes in the time to come.
