Specifically, the National Assembly will hear presentations and verification reports on the following draft laws: Law on Investment (revised); Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Public Debt Management; Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Insurance Business; Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Statistics; Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Prices; Law on E-commerce; Law on Construction (revised); Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of Laws in the Fields of Agriculture and Environment; Law on Planning (revised); Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Tax Administration (revised); Law on Personal Income Tax (revised); Law on Thrift Practice and Waste Combat; Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (revised); Law on Judicial Expertise (revised); and Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption.
In addition, the legislature will hold group discussions on four draft laws related to the science and technology sector, including: Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Intellectual Property; Law on Digital Transformation; Law on High Technology (revised); and Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.
The National Assembly will also provide opinions on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and on the adjustment of the National Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period.
During this working week, deputies will also conduct plenary discussions on the draft Law on Cybersecurity and the draft Law on Protection of State Secrets (revised). Following the debates, the Minister of Public Security will deliver explanations and provide clarifications on issues raised by National Assembly deputies.- (VLLF)
