Transparency holds key to Vietnam growth

Vietnam must make its legal and business environment more transparent and simplify procedures to capitalize on its growing economic strength, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan said on June 1 at Vietnam Business Forum in Ho Chi Minh city.
