President Luong Cuong is leading a high-level delegation to the Republic of Korea from October 29 to November 1 to attend the 32^nd APEC Economic Leaders’ Week and hold bilateral meetings. The visit underscores Vietnam’s active and responsible participation in APEC since joining the forum in 1998, as part of its policy of openness, diversification and multilateralization of external relations and active international integration.
