At the 17th session of the Vietnam-US Human Rights Dialogue, which took place on April 12 in Hanoi, the two sides exchanged information about issues of mutual concern, including those related to a law-ruled state, freedom of speech, freedom of religion and the rights of people with disabilities and homosexuals.
