Conflict resolution and dispute settlement in the South China Sea region
The South China Sea region displays a variety of approaches which aim to contribute to and promote the peaceful settlement of disputes. The overview of approaches is divided into two broad categories, first, formal settlement of disputes and, second, efforts to promote the peaceful management of disputes that have not been formally settled.
