AIPO meeting focuses on cooperation to combat human trafficking
Human trafficking is a pressing issue for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member countries, necessitating high-level cooperation to curb the problem, Vietnam’s State Vice President Truong My Hoa said on July 3 at the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Organization (AIPO)’s meeting on legal cooperation to combat trafficking in women and children.
