BUILDING VIETNAMESE SOCIALIST LAW-GOVERNED STATE IN THE NATIONAL RENEWAL PROCESS
Six typical features of the Vietnamese socialist law-governed state are spelled out in this Article. During the period of national industrialization and modernization, the building of this state must be based on the people’s forces, the promotion of socialist democracy, the people’s aspirations and interests, and the principles that all state powers belong to the people.
