Under the Decision, communications will be strengthened to raise contributions from agencies, businesses, organizations and people of all social strata to join hands in supporting these children.

Meanwhile, it is expected to establish a network of domestic and foreign individual donors, and organizations supporting the implementation of this Scheme.

The Scheme also requires enhanced state management of the mobilization to ensure that resources are distributed and used in a transparent and efficient manner, while support products meet localities’ demands and benefit the targeted groups.

It also said that contributors will be honored.

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs will be responsible for mobilizing resources for implementation of this Scheme, guiding localities to survey children’s needs and distributing donations to the targeted children.- (VLLF)
