It was urgent to promote cooperation among Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member countries on accelerating endeavors with the aim of peace, security, stability and development, said Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem in the 18th ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF 18) on July 23 in Bali, Indonesia.
