Coordination mechanism to be worked out for risk reduction
Vietnam needs to establish a comprehensive mechanism for disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation as part of the struggle to minimize the consequences of natural disasters, said environmental experts at a meeting on March 4 in Hanoi.
