Relations between Vietnam and the United States (US) have grown in many aspects since the two countries established ties 10 years ago, said Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Phuc Thanh on July 12 while receiving the special US envoy Gordon H. Mansfield, deputy secretary of Veterans Affairs, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of establishment of bilateral diplomatic ties.
