The Government recently issued Decree No. 72/2006/ND-CP on Vietnam-based representative offices (ROs) and branches of foreign traders (Decree No. 72), replacing Decree No. 45/2000/ND-CP of September 6, 2000 (Decree No. 45) on Vietnam-based representative offices and branches of foreign traders and tourist enterprises.
