International donors pledged at the 14th session of the Consultative Group (CG) Meeting held on December 6-7 in Hanoi USD 3.748 billion in 2006 Official Development Assistance (ODA) to Vietnam, an increase of some USD 300 million over 2005 and the biggest-ever ODA donation.
