Vietnam will actively promote implementation of the Bogo targets through the 2005 Busan Roadmap, and through the increased liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment in the APEC region, said State President Tran Duc Luong in his opening address at the 13th summit of economic leaders of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum in the Republic of Korea’s Busan city on November 18.
