Draft decree to regulate casinos and electronic gaming
Vietnam began licensing casinos and electronic gaming in 1992, though only on a pilot basis. Since then, six casinos and 43 electronic gaming centers have been licensed nationwide, contributing nearly VND 1.7 trillion (USD 88.4 million) to the state coffers.
