France becomes Vietnam's 8th Comprehensive Strategic Partner
On the occasion of the official visit to France by General Secretary and President To Lam on October 7, 2024, Vietnam and France issued a joint statement on upgrading their relations to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. As of October 2024, Vietnam has Comprehensive Strategic Partnerships with eight countries.
