Government plans for faster and more sustainable development
At the National Assembly’s 8th session which opened in Hanoi on November 18, 2005, Prime Minister Phan Van Khai presented a government report underlining what has been achieved in the first 9 months of this year and what is expected to be achieved in the remainder of the year and for the entire period of the 2001-05 five-year plan, as well as highlighting the socio-economic development targets for 2006 and under the 2006-10 five-year plan.
