In a newly adopted program of action, the Government has identified specific tasks to speed up economic growth and improve the efficiency, sustainability and competitiveness of the economy in the five years from 2006 to 2010. This program of action is a necessary step in realizing the Resolution of the Xth National Party Congress and the Resolution of the XIth National Assembly on the five-year 2006-2010 socio-economic development plan.
