According to the resolution on Hanoi's 2025 Socio-economic Development Plan, the city aims to achieve a GRDP growth rate of 6.5 percent or higher in 2025. The per capita GRDP is targeted to reach at least VND 172.4 million. Additionally, investment capital is expected to grow by at least 10.5 percent, export turnover by 5 percent or more, and the consumer price index will be kept below 4.5 percent. By the end of 2025, Hanoi also aims to eliminate poverty entirely.
