A new decree on goods labeling came into effect on March 13, 2007. Decree No. 89/2006/ND-CP of the Government dated September 30, 2006 (the “Decree”), replaces regulations promulgated under the Prime Minister’s Decision 178/1999/QD-TTg of August 30, 1999, and Decision No. 95/2000/QD-TTg of August 15, 2000.
