Labor relations in Vietnam’s international private law
Since Vietnam initiated “doi moi dat nuoc” (national renewal), shifting to the market economy, openness and international integration, the movement of labor forces between Vietnam and foreign countries has constantly risen. As a result, the country has attached importance to the incremental development and improvement of legal provisions governing labor relations involving foreign elements.
