The Judgment Enforcement Code will be submitted to the National Assembly for passage at its October session. However, for the time being, there remain divergent opinions on three issues, namely the realization of commitments on property obligations under notarized contracts, provisional urgent measures, and enforcement of civil judgments with respect to decisions of the courts of cassation or reopening of trial.
