Law on Legal Assistance vital for fighting transnational crimes
The Law on Legal Assistance, passed by the National Assembly on November 21, 2007, concretizes Vietnam’s international commitments and specifies the order of and procedures for the provision of legal assistance between Vietnam and other countries in the context of international integration and the fight against organized transnational crimes.
