The Vietnamese Party and State have, for several decades now, spared no efforts to build a state ruled by law, of the people, by the people and for the people, thus helping the country shift from a centrally planned economy to a socialist-oriented market economy, incrementally moving out of poverty and backwardness, quickly developing the economy and integrating into the world economy.
