Addressing the workshop, Le Ve Quoc, Director of the Ministry of Justice’s Department of Law Education and Dissemination said after one year of implementing the Scheme on organization of policy communication about policies with great impact on society in the process of formulating legal documents in the 2022-27 period (Scheme 407), the Ministry of Justice, in its capacity as the implementing agency, has achieved certain successes but not yet achieved the desired results. “The purpose of this workshop is to find out solutions to overcome these shortcomings and limitations,” he said.
The workshop received many comments and recommendations on organization of policy communication from agencies and units such as the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Education, the Ministry of Information and Communications, agencies in charge of drafting legal documents, professional associations and information and press agencies, which all aimed at better mobilizing social resources, thus improving the effectiveness of policy communication work.
