The revised Law on Real Estate Business was adopted on November 28 morning, part of the sixth NA on-going session.
The revised law, is scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2025, has 10 chapters and 83 articles.
It specifies real estate business, the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals in real estate business, and the state management in the field.
Also in the morning, legislators touched upon the draft Law Amending a Number of Articles of the Law on Property Auction.-(VLLF)
