The Government assigns the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to work with agencies and local administrations to manage the exploitation and use of natural resources and minerals, especially land, strictly sanction law violations and completely build a land database.
The resolution of June’s regular cabinet meeting emphasized the need to strictly control the assessment of environmental impacts caused by investment projects, not to license projects that fail to protect the environment and screen production establishments nationwide with potential risk of causing environmental pollution for timely solution.
People’s Committees at all levels should work to serve enterprises and people, timely perform tasks assigned under the Government’s resolutions and the Prime Minister’s guiding documents.- (VLLF)
